The Bee's Knees will provide service
only after the initial consultation has concluded with a mutually
agreeable outcome and a Service Agreement has been signed by both
parties. Once an initial Service Agreement in signed, this
process can be done via mail or telephone for future sitting
services. This Service Agreement will
include the following:
1. A list of services to be
provided, with start and end date.
2. Total to be paid.
3. Pet owners' contact
information while away.
4. Name and number of pet owners'
emergency contact(s).
5. Name and number of
veterinarian where pet is seen, with
authorization for necessary health care to be performed by the same.
In extreme circumstances The Bee's Knees will provide service without
an initial consultation or service agreement. This will only be
scheduled in emergency situations and a last minute scheduling fee may
be applied.
Keys:
-The Bee's Knees will obtain the necessary keys at the initial
consultation and will attach a coded key ring that protects the client
by listing neither name nor address. The client may elect to
become a "Ready-Key" customer, meaning that The Bee's Knees will retain
a key until such time as services are needed again or the client
requests return of the key. The Bee's Knees will mail a key to
the client's address for no charge, or will return the key in person
for a small fee. All retained keys remain coded and will be
stored in a locked, fireproof safe.
End of the Service Period:
-The client will notify The Bee's Knees of the client's return home,
whether early, on time, or late. Upon returning home, clients
should call or email The Bee's Knees within one hour, 24 hours a
day. This will
formally end the service period. In the event that the client is
unable to notify The Bee's Knees of a delay in return, The Bee's Knees
will, in the interest of the welfare of the pet(s), continue to provide
and
charge for services until the client notifies The Bee's Knees that the
client is home. In the case of extreme and extended delays, The
Bee's Knees will make arrangements with the clients' emergency
contact(s) to
arrange care for the pet. The Bee's Knees will provide care until
such an arrangement is made.

listed in the Service Agreement. Exceptions will be made for
